Delivery Policy
The delivery processes for products offered under the German Kupfermax brand may vary depending on the nature of the product, stock availability, and the supply process. The applicable delivery time for each product is clearly and bindingly stated on the relevant product detail page.
The consumer is deemed to have reviewed and accepted the delivery information on the product detail page before placing an order.
Principles Regarding Delivery Times
Products available for sale on our site are categorized under different delivery times.
Same-day delivery products will be shipped or delivered on the same day, provided that the order is placed within the specified time frame and the delivery address is within the service area.
Fast delivery products are in stock and will be shipped within the time specified on the product detail page from the date of order.
Products indicated as delivery within seven business days will be shipped no later than seven business days from the order date due to the supply process. Weekend and public holidays are not included in the business day calculations.
Start of Delivery Time
The delivery time begins after the full payment amount has been collected. Orders for which payment approval has not been received will not be processed.
If there are multiple products in the same order, the delivery time may be determined based on the product with the longest delivery time among the items in the order.
Shipping Process and Responsibility
Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the consumer during the order through the shipping companies contracted by our Company.
The Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, force majeure, adverse weather conditions, infrastructure issues, or delays that may occur due to public holidays. In such cases, the consumer will be informed within a reasonable time.
Obligation to Check Upon Delivery
The consumer must check the shipping package at the moment of delivery. In the event of damaged, missing, or tampered products during delivery, it is mandatory to have the courier officer prepare a report and to notify the Company without delay.
Notifications of damage or shortages made after receiving products without checking at the time of delivery may not be accepted.
