Return/Exchange Conditions
German Kupfermax prioritizes customer satisfaction. In this regard, our return and refund conditions for the products you have purchased are outlined below.
All products purchased through German Kupfermax can be returned within 100 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories, in a resalable condition. Returns of products without original tags will not be accepted.
For size or model exchange requests, the relevant product must be returned, and a new order must be placed for the requested product. Exchange processes are not done directly; the process proceeds as a return and repurchase.
Return shipments are only accepted as prepaid. Collect shipments are not accepted. All information and guidance regarding the return process are provided through our customer service.
