The delivery processes for products offered under the German Kupfermax brand may vary depending on the nature of the product, stock availability, and the procurement process. The delivery time applicable to each product is clearly and bindingly stated on the relevant product detail page.

By placing an order, the consumer is deemed to have reviewed and accepted the delivery information provided on the product detail page.

1. Principles Regarding Delivery Times

Products offered for sale on our website are presented under different categories in terms of delivery times:

1.1. Same-Day Delivery

Products marked with “same-day delivery” are shipped or delivered on the same day, provided that the order is placed within the specified time frame and the delivery address is within the service coverage area.

1.2. Fast Delivery

Products marked with “fast delivery” are available in stock and are handed over to the cargo company within the period specified on the product detail page, starting from the order date.

1.3. Delivery Within Seven Business Days

Products indicated as “delivery within seven business days” are handed over to the cargo company within no later than seven business days from the order date due to the procurement process. Weekends and official holidays are not included in business day calculations.

2. Start of the Delivery Period

The delivery period begins after the full order amount has been collected. Orders for which payment approval has not been received will not be processed.

If an order contains more than one product, the delivery period may be determined based on the product with the longest delivery time in the order.

3. Shipping Process and Responsibility

Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the consumer during the order process through the cargo companies contracted by our company.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays arising from the following circumstances:

Delays caused by cargo companies
Force majeure events
Adverse weather conditions
Infrastructure issues
Delays that may occur due to official holidays

In such cases, the consumer will be informed within a reasonable time.

4. Obligation to Inspect at the Time of Delivery

The consumer must inspect the cargo package at the time of delivery. If products are found to be damaged, missing, or in damaged packaging during delivery, it is mandatory to:

Have the cargo officer prepare a damage report
Notify the company of the situation without delay

Damage or missing-item notifications made later for products received without inspection at the time of delivery may not be accepted.
